This is Tony Clark's rendition of the classic Rose to Silk Gimmick. This unique streamline gimmick uses no metal wires that can tear the silk or get tangled up with other props or costumes. It allows you to use either a 12", 18", or 24" silk.

The most popular magician's table we have ever offered. Made by Davenports to our own design these are solid professional tables with a top hat and cane motif in prismatic and plain heavy duty plastic material it will give you years of service. You really need to see these tables in order to fully appreciate the craftsmanship that has gone into their construction. The finish is excellent and the whole is made from the best quality birch ply and each table is hand finished. The table has been specially constructed so that it folds away quickly after your performance, thus making it easy to transport. The table front is finished in durable yellow formica with the motifs hand mounted onto the formica. Also available under special order with plain YELLOW formica so you can put on your own logo. The table includes a prop shelf and the top is a natural wood finish and varnished with a hard wearing special varnish to give a truly professional look. Measurements (close approximates) are: table height 30" (76 cms) , top 20" x 14" (50 x 35 cms) and shelf 15" x 11" (38 x 28 cms). The shelf is divided in the centre. This handy and portable table has a double shelf system under the top. The table dismantles leaving only the front and leg, two shelves and the top, all of which can be assembled in a few minutes. Made from best quality birch ply finished to the front in hard finish poppy red cellulose paint with the top hat in prismatic material and a black cane. The table is approximately 31 inches high (79 cm.), with a sensible working surface top now enlarged to 15-1/2 x 12 -3/4 inches (39 x 32 cms). The varnished, natural wood finished, top surface of birch ply is specially finished in pre-catalysed lacquer varnish and has two shelves 10 x 6-1/2 inches (25 x 16 cm.) underneath for other props, each split into two areas, each 6-1/2 x 5 inches (17 x 12 cm.). Each shelf is designed to slip into the support leg and locked in place with a wing nut and bolt. Designed in the manner of yesteryear with chrome legs and tripod stand and an elegant black velvet top edged with gold ribbon. It even as a secret well set in the top for dropping loads unseen if required. The top detaches from the supporting legs for transit and the legs can be readily adjusted for height. The top size is approximately 14 inches square. This table represents excellent value for money.

Invented by Lousi S. Histed and made popular by Ali Bongo this is a super virtually self-working prop with a stunning finish. At each end of the two cords you have different coloured Pom-Poms attached. The pieces of cord are pulled back and forth through the stick proving the cords are unconnected. But then, just to confuse and mystify your audience, you pull one cord out to double its original length making the cord on the other end go up! This goes on and on until the climax when ... unexpectedly you make both cords long, then pull the stick apart ... yes ... apart, to show your astonished audience that the is no connection between the cords. You can now reconnect the stick and start again just to show that you are performing a miracle! Hand made in England by Davenports.

Reach up into the air and produce a ball! Throw the ball up into the air, and it vanishes! Produce it from behind your arm! Place it onto the hand, and it dissolves into nothing! Magically Produce Cigarettes or Crayons From Bare Hands!

The performer shows both his hands to be completely empty and then produces six crayons or cigarettes, one at a time, without his hands ever going near his body! To finish the routine, the performer reaches into the air and produces the crayon box or cigarette pack. Finishes completely clean!

This is a must have! Simply use the safety pin (included) to attach this small versatile ball holder to any clothing. The holder can hold balls up to 3 inches in diameter.

The magician displays a real Compact Disc and places it inside a plastic case. Despite the fact that the audience never loses sight of the CD through the holes in the case, the magician impossibly splits the disc into three pieces and then puts it back together again.

The audience may completely examine the CD immediately before and after the routine.

The magician displays a large traffic sign with a big arrow on each side and explains the importance of traffic going the proper direction. The arrow on one side is shown to be pointing left and the arrow on the other side points to the right. Now the comedy begins-the magician continues to show both sides of the sign, but now the arrows change directions and end up pointing the same way, up and down!

Finally, the magician explains, "...and we all know what happens when you don't pay attention to the traffic signals..." and with that the sign drops open to show a 44" tall police officer with a cut out for the magician's face!

It's the classic die-box with CDs!

The magician displays a real Compact Disc to the audience and places it into the left side of a plastic case. The CD then "disappears" according to the magician, but the audience could clearly see the CD simply slid to the other side of the case...or so they thought. When the magician opens up both doors on the case the CD is nowhere to be found! The magician may then reproduce the CD from anywhere he likes.

Unlike the Appearing Cane, this cane can be caused to vanish at any point in your performance. It is made from durable plastic and can also be performed in conjunction with silks. Imagine holding the cane between both hands, when instantly it is gone and in its place is a large silk. If you work with an assistant you can use both of these types of cane to perform a baffling effect, as follows. You are holding a bright coloured silk, whilst your assistant holds the elegant black cane, obviously they should be the other way round. In a flash, you are holding the cane and your assistant the silk. This is a beautiful combination effect.

Make a real CD completely vanish and reappear someplace else!

The magician displays a small plastic holder along with a real Compact Disc. He places the CD into the holder and poof..it disappears! The audience can see right through the holes in the plastic holder. After showing his hands completely empty, the magician may reproduce the CD from anywhere.

This apparatus is quite extraordinary in that when assembled, and if you are musical, you can actually play the flute! In any event, you can run your fingers up and down the flute whilst playing it and can even have some sheet music on a stand when suddenly you blow hard, the flute shrieks then simply vanishes and all you are left with is the mouthpiece! You can also vanish it in a sheet of music completely. Nice prop and unusual. Is about 12 inches long when assembled.

Well made elegant and collapsible black magician's hat. The material is not silk but has a silky look and we suspect it is a cotton/rayon mix. The hat width for the head is about 6-1/2 inches wide and the length is 8 inches. When collapsed the hat is about 1-1/2 inches deep and when expanded is 5 inches high. We have not found any hat near this price for years. To open, you just hold the rim and flick the top and Hey Presto - it opens up!

Color Changing Dragon Fan

Effect

A fan changes from Yellow to Red, then to Rainbow Colors, and finally to a beautiful decorated Dragon Fan.

Although the effect is similar to the popular Color Changing Fan, this has a special construction, so that the complete fan changes color. There is also no obvious opening of the fan in opposite directions.

You blow up a balloon heart (provided) and take a sharpie (not included) and draw some eyes on the balloon- claiming it is the fastest ever balloon sculpture, a goldfish! Nervous over the cool reception to your accomplishment, you grab a glass of water (not included- any glass will do). Next, you destroy your creation, for you only hoped to capture the "essence of goldfish," but failed- or did you? From the exploding balloon falls a live fish!

Stage Magic

Give Your Spectator An Impossibility To Keep

EFFECT: Two coins and a clear balloon are placed on the table. The magician inflates the balloon while the spectator selects a coin. The balloon is sealed off and the magician now takes a coin and visibly pushes it into the balloon! If that's not enough, the magician now plucks the coin back through the wall of the balloon and shows the coin free again! Instantly the coin is popped back inside and the balloon can even be given to the spectator to keep!

The coin is really trapped inside and creates an amazing and memorable souvenir.
