Pricing

All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Deliver Times:

We aim to despatch all orders on the same working day that we receive them, with first class post this gives a delivery time of between 1 and 3 days depending on the Royal Mail. Please note that once despatched, we have no control over the time that the Royal Mail take to deliver the goods. If an item is required urgently, we suggest that you contact us by phone on 020 7836 0408 to check the items availability and discuss the Special Delivery options.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order. If returning a product to us, please Contact Us with the details before doing so.

If you would like a replacement item for a faulty or damaged product, we will fully refund the credit/debit card used to make the initial purchase, and then charge it again in a seperate transaction for the new item.

All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.

Customer Complaints

We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you upon despatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please Contact Us.

If you unhappy with the service you recieve from Davenports Magic, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect information that you give at the time of ordering or registering with us (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website and any forthcoming affiliated sites. If you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact our sales team.

For security purposes all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by Streamline.
