A few points about downloading ....

To download a video, e-book or pdf simply order the item as before.

There should not be a charge for postage, however if there is, please select 'Free Postage' from the shipping type at checkout.

Once you have checked out with your details, you will be sent at automatic order confirmation.

At this stage we will process your card details, and send a second e-mail confirming your logon details to our site to download your purchase. Please simply enter your e-mail address and password from the confirmation e-mail to access your downloads. There will be a link in this second e-mail to take you to our logon page.

Please note the following:

During normal working hours, your download will take about 10mins to 1 hour to process. Out of normal working hours, we will process your download at the soonest working hour opportunity, which would be the next working day.

The initial order confirmation e-mail simply informs you that we have received your order, not that the payment has been processed. If there are any issues processing your payment, you will be informed by e-mail.

Once purchased, and after you receive your confirmatiojn e-mail with your password, you can access your downloads by logging on below, or via the page link e-mailed to you.
