Haunted Die by John Kennedy is a very practical animation effect. A simple routine with it would be to have one card from six selected, shuffled back into the packet, and the die slowly turn inside a glass to the number corresponding to their card. The wonderful thing about Haunted Die though is that you're not limited to using cards, your imagination is the limit on what you'd like the die to reveal.

Sonic Silver by John Kennedy is a coins to cup effect. What makes John Kennedy's version unique and very special is that the coins are heard to arrive in the cup. This audio effect happens after the coin has been seen to have vanished from your hand and without any visible movement on your part. The coin is then of course shown to have arrived in the cup.
